Once a working prototype of your innovation is developed, either by our team or yours, we support the next steps by refining 3D models, testing the performance of your product, detailing the Bill of Material and technical drawings – progressing seamlessly from prototyping to tooling and production.

Once the golden prototype is confirmed and tooling and unit price are approved, the next steps are: arranging tooling, producing pre-production samples, obtaining certification, defining quality standards, simulating lifetime tests, conducting test runs for production and assembly, and finally, launching the first production.
